My 20 month year old can recognize most of the letters of the ABC's?? - abc shirts

It is true about 80% of the cards in our shirts, ect .. Read Is this normal? My 4 years, received only about 20% of them right, but it was always a little behind their peers. At what age do children generally have come to recognize the letters in the newspaper and say, what is it?
