Frozen vs Fresh vegetables......? - fresh vs frozen vegetables

Common sense says that the vegetables should be more nutritious than frozen. But after receiving végső fresh, packaged, shipped and sitting on the supermarket for several days, more nutritious than frozen végső directly to the ground freezing and quick? I tend to think that fresh is best, but to say a few friends of mind that there is hardly any difference considering the price: végső costs are considerably more expensive than frozen. TKS
